Weekly housekeeping service includes top to bottom cleaning of all rooms and the laundering and replenishment of bed and bath linens. Most often one assistant butler is recommended for every 1500 square feet of living space for a weekly cleaning that takes 4 hours. Outdoor space or special circumstances may require an adjustment to that formula.

During periods where residents are away on vacation or not using the residence the staff will focus on special projects. These projects can include polishing silver, linen closet cleaning and organization, washing patio furniture, and other projects agreed to with management.

A member of the regional Butler management team will visit your home during every appointment to ensure that your expectations and ours are being met.

Daily services are also available in 2 hours blocks for weekly clients. This service includes making beds, tidying up kitchens, taking out the trash, changing towels, cleaning outdoor seating areas, and other small tasks that support five star living.
